Welcome to shutterchance. I've just reviewed your previous shots too and it's quite clear you know how to pose a model and compose a shot. Well done.
Patrick has already alluded to focus, but I disagree that Photoshop is the place to sharpen it. Sure, you may be able to recover a slightly out of focus shot such as this with software, but my advice would be to switch to manual focus and focus sharply on the eyes for future work.
With these lovely models at your disposal, and your obvious skills, I'm really looking forward to more of your work.
